Windsor-Essex market report

Windsor-Essex recorded 476 residential sales in June 2026, down about 5% from a year earlier but the busiest month of the spring, while the average residential sale price eased 2.9% to $566,103. The median price was $520,250, down 4.5% year-over-year. New listings held nearly steady, down 2.7% to 1,318. Year-to-date, the average price sits at $557,567.
